There has been quite a bit of talk about our latest recipe, so here it is!  Healthy never tasted so good. Enjoy!

Cali’s Breakfast/Bedtime Snack Bars

(So good for you, you can eat them anytime!)

1/2 cup+  organic coconut oil

2 cups shredded organic coconut flakes

2 cups organic nut meal (walnuts, almonds, filberts, etc.)

3/4 cup sweetener – organic agave, organic maple syrup

or comination of the two

Put the coconut oil in a cup and place in a bowl of hot tap water. While this is melting, stir in the other ingredients.

Add the coconut oil and stir. Put into pan and refrigerate

for a couple of hours.
